I have problems with a M6030cdn. Here is a status report.
Laser seems to write the correct image but.. i don't know. Developer problem? Transfer problem?
Or maybe an engine board?
Machine is set to print in bw but if I set color mode there are stripes of other color.
What do you think?

The black developing cylinder is arcing to the black drum. If you happen to be doing color when it happens you'll also get bands of C, M, & Y. You're just lucky that it's black, so you can isolate it.
Replace the black drum and developing unit, and do a color calibration. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

something similar happened to me, just remove drum and developer unit and reinstall it again and voala! worked!, hope its a minor problem and can solve it!
