Twain driver kyocera

have a customer that's using the twain driver to scan into their app. when scanning its perfect, when they printing 2 pages are released, when the page is full of info, is the info on the first page and the last two lines on second page. when the page is not full it will print on the first page and the second page will be blank
tried from 3 other scanners Epson, hp, canon, didn't happen

From your description, it appears to be a mismatch in paper sizes. Just like when you go to print a receipt from a webpage and windup with two pages instead of one because the webpage exceeds the letter size. I would check the Twain driver settings for paper size. I would also make sure that the ADF feed [which I assume you are using] is not slipping creating a slightly longer page length.
