Did that tech do all the adjustments from maintenance after replacing those parts?

yes indeed , they went together for a second time and did all the sim over again with the same negative result.

I'd say there's some defect or contamination involving the transfer belt. I'm thinking inside the belt ass'y because the hazy spots aren't moving to other colors

My suggestion is to swap the magenta with the yellow drum. I've done this before and was surprised to notice the problem gone. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    hi Guys,

    some feedback
i went to the machine together with Kyocera HQ.

they initialized machine with sim 20.
    possible reason electrical noise!
power on machine => problem solved.
    we calibrated the machine properly.
checked all values and problem is permanently solved.

    strange solution for strange problem

There is no Sim U020 on this machine. Was it possibly U002, "Set Factory Default"?
