Replaced drum, fuser, main charge corona and transfer roller.
Had to take pictures of samples, couldn’t pick up when scanned.

If these are copies, I would suspect that there is some lint on the optical mirrors or slit glass. The movement of the scanner can make dust bunnies move around. Also a dry scanner rail can cause a mirror assembly to tip slightly, presenting the dust bunny at just the right angle.

The image content looks like internal reports, but you could very easily use internal reports to scan off of the glass or through the document feeder. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I’d say main charge. The different colored spacing wheels are fitted to each drum unit. You can only replace the main charge with a new one if both sets of wheels are the same. Otherwise, pull the wheels off the old main charge & install them on the new one.
    Hope that helps !

I’m not sure what you are referring to but I did replace the main charge.

Pull out the main charge unit & you will see a small wheel on each end of the main charge. These wheels ride on the drum unit & keep the spacing constant between the drum & main charge.
There are (I believe) 3 different colored wheels. The wheels are specific to each drum unit. If your main charge in your drum unit has 2 black wheels, you can’t install a main charge with 2 grey wheels. You would have to pull the black wheels out of the old charge, remove the grey wheels in the new charge & install the black wheels in the new charge, for example.
    Hope that helps !

Yes they were both replaced together right from the maintenance kit (and yes it was doing it before they were replaced)

There is a drum blade that sits in front of the drum unit, its comes as part of the maintenance kit, it can become stuffed with paper dust and residual toner. has this been replaced or cleaned out?
