Unfortunately the solution is to set smb v2 / v3 on mfp, if available, or set scan to ftp
maybe this will help

Remove windows security patch KB4408960, and/or KB4480970.
Try this : Go into the Windows Apps and Features section to ' turn features on / off ' . Scroll down to SMB and turn SMB1 back on .
"The Serenity Prayer" . . .
God grant me the serenity to accept stupid people , the courage to not waste my time and energy on them , and the wisdom to know that I cannot fix STUPID .
That's really not a good idea. SMB v1 is a security flaw that Micro$oft closed for a reason. Reopening that hole could open YOU or your company up to a lawsuit if the customer suffers a data breach from it.
If worse comes to worse, configure FTP scan, or scan to email for the customer.
Thank You Sir, All these folks giving advise to re enable SMB1 are NOT giving good advise and like you said... " Reopening that hole could open YOU or your company up to a lawsuit if the customer suffers a data breach from it. "
I have been pressing this response since the problem arose. SOME just don't get it...
