We had a machine do this in our shop, Kyo had us replace just about everything in it, earning the machine the "Million Dollar Machine" Turns out there was some bad wires in a wiring harness, Get your meter out and start checking, took one of our techs about 2 days to check every cable in the system, but the machine is now back out in the field and working great for a few months now.

We had a machine do this and found we had to rerun the transfer belt setup. We did a 952 minus the counter reset for the setup selection and all came back to normal.

clear the charge counters on the machine and you will never have this problem, if you dont clear the counter when replacing these it will cause this all the time

    Hello,
    I agree with John.
if the Main charge counter is higher than the Drum counter we have a C51XX
    Good day.
    Do not lament,
    do not mock,
    do not hate,
    but understand.
