    kYOCERA M2540

    Hi Folks,
I have Kyocera M2540 thats intermittently jamming, customers says it s a sheetof paper located in the fuser area. I replace draw#1 rollers, although they weren't too bad, then I had customer run paper through the by-pass only, and they say they has the same jams. I've visited twice, and would not jam while I was there. I printed out jam codes and see jam0000 1 1,jam0501 7 7, jam 4201 42 42,jam 919 1 13, jam110 1 service log 1, c0970, cf1d6. The copier has about 43k copies, been in office close a year. I manually fed a thicker sheet of paper through registration area..
I ran a couple 25 sheet runs, no problem, customer says they usually run, no more than 4 pages at a time, in a doctors office. Any help greatly appreciated, or any suggestions

    Thanks, in advance !
    Jaime Indep. Copier Svc.

I have one in the shop right now, same problem, although I could not get 2 copies in a row without a jam in the registration area or fuser. Doctors office 45K on it. 501,4201,4211, 4219 jams. Turned out to be a bad fuser.

Yeah, I did download that tech bulletin, and in the process of warranty through Kyocera, it's been almost a year, but they will be shipping me a new fuser, free. Paper work is a pain, but I was very happy to see they acknowledge the problem. I sold this copier last May 2018, and has 42k copies on it. I just read the manual, as to removing the fuser, looks a little easier than previous models, getting the covers off, without breaking plastic tabs, is pain..Thanks..I was told to also upgrade the firmware, at the same time.

Good morning. I have this issue (JAM 4211) on the Olivetti D-Copia 4024MF. I read the TIB. OK, But it's possible that this problem affect the machine that have newest serial number (VXW88...)?

    Thanks in advance.
