I have a customer that's looking for 3 of these and wonder if they have been any good. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

We've had issues with lines on the copies multiple times, you can clean the drum and charge roller but most of the service calls I've run on them has been for lines.

How often do the lines appear and is it time consuming or hard to clean the drum and charge roller?

Open front cover, open drum cover, pull out drum, remove charge, clean with water, and reassemble.

I've had really good luck with these copier, nothing heavy duty volume, tho..but very easy to service, and toners are pretty good priced..
I'm relly becoming a Kyocera fan, as far easy to service, and no crazy error problems..nor any hard drive issues, so far..
    Good Luck !
