I think I'd probably start with firmware. Since the screen is blank you'd best wait a full hour to be sure that the firmware finishes.
If that doesn't work I'd do the dip switch op panel reset.
Depending on what version operation panel PWB, it may have a separate DIMM or it may be integrated. If the DIMM is separate you can try changing the DIMM separately. If it's not separate you'll have to replace the whole operation panel PWB, then firmware.
If that doesn't work, you might have a bad main DIMM or main controller (and firmware).
There are many possibilities. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
