KM-2050 misfeed problem

Hi.
I have a misfeed problem with that machine.
I read the service manual and found that the problem is in the registration switch.
I enter the maintenance mode number 31 and follow the manual’s instructions to check the switch ,but when i reach to the list of switches I was not able to move the arrows down or up to chose any of the switches in the list.

I want to know why it freeze in that step?

Also i want to know that part number as I did not found that switch when i search by name, and I did not found that part in the part list file.

Thank you for helping. That part is lost.
Is that part responsible for picking up papers from all trays ?! Because i have misfeed problem from all trays.

That spring is pulling registration actuator so that actuator can work properly, will affect all drawers, without spring actuator sometime does not go back in position and machine call s error.

Ok. Thank u a lot. Is there any think to check before order that part? Indeed I can not find spare parts in my country and It always cost me a lot to ship the parts internationally.

That spring has to be there if it isnt that your reason for jams

You can alco remove drawer and check inside of machine, many times i found lost spring there

When testing switches in U031 you are not testing the switch through the panel, you are monitoring the switch output based on the boldness of the switch name. When you trip the switch the name on the screen will become bold. =^..^=

If you have spare machines in your office find a spring. I have formed other springs to fix this issue instead of ordering.
