Ecosys 2535dn fax number stuck in memory

Anybody know how to reset the 2535? Number is stuck in memory and can’t be manually removed. Error alarm keeps sounding... no visible code thanks for any help

error is most likely paper size, put the size paper in and let it print out

also there is a setting in fax to auto reduce turn it on default is off

It´s most likely a paper size difference. Try putting any sheet on bypass and pressing go, or change the u252 setting.
