Do you know what a zero-cross error is? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

To minimize the current draw of the heaters, the machine turns on the heaters in small pulses, only when the voltage is at zero (alternating current varies in a sign wave from +120v to -120v 60 times each second). If that frequency is irregular, the machine cannot accurately predict when the next zero cross will be. The machine will draw considerably more current as a consequence.

So it's the irregular frequency of your AC power that's the problem, not anything to do with the copier. Fix the AC voltage. =^..^=

    Good explanation of zero cross.

If it's like an old 1810

    enter in maintenance mode

    - Press the stop/reset key, start key and the left copy exposure adjustment key in the order presented and hold them down.
    - Press the stop/reset key.
    - Enter the number of the maintenance item to be executed using the copy exposure adjustment keys or the zoom +/- keys.
    in your case : 163
    - Press the Start key

Or is it's like an old 1820

    -Scroll System Menu
    - highlight service mode
    - press start & # together
    - press ok
