Pontiac, you can't use the word print in the title. Nobody can respond when you do that.
Does it happen when copying multiples also ?

Is the user printing in duplex with multiple sets? Are other options selected such as stapling? it would not be uncommon for a 10 or 15 second delay in the start of printing with multiple options selected for the print job as the unit is still receiving the info from the print driver.

The couple of times I've had it happen, it was the HDD failing. I know you said you replaced it, but that's what it is from my experience.Mine did it while copying also, so I knew it wasn't network related.
