    Kyocera M3540idn Crooked Prints

Hey everybody, I'm having an issue with my M3540idn printing out crooked copies. I've changed the feed rollers, feed drive assembly, registration roller, registration clutch, registration mylars, tried using a different cassette, tried using a different tray, tried using MM034, tried printing from the Bypass tray, and tried a different drum unit. Even after all of this the machine continues to print out crooked prints.

Does anyone have any insight or theories on what I can do to correct this issue?

Fuser unit good? Make a copy and see if it is crooked before the fuser. Can you post a pic? Crooked like skewed?

We've had to shim the fuser for this issue.

Kyocera printers have had this issue for years now. Had a customer come to us after certificates. Couldn't get any Kyo to print straight. We even drilled out the laser unit mounts to manually align but decided to just whack another brand in there.

Read this thread, it may help:

    Kyocera Ecosys M2540dw - skew

    Different model, same issue possibly.
