    3253 Jamming in PF 6110

Jam is intermittent, more often than not. When feeding using tray 4 the code is 1614 and tray 3 it's 0533. Already tried new bridge drive unit and pwb for the PF7110. The trays 1 and 2 have no problems. Any feedback appreciated.

Swapping out the bridge unit isn't the same as adjusting sep pressure though. Just so we're clear on what has been tried.

Yes I tried the sep. pressure in every position. And the bridge unit I swapped is working today n another machine. On this unit the rollers are all part of the bridge unit.

QA_H102_2ND_0055_SB.pdf This is from the 2 series but may still be relevant to your issue

Just wanted to be clear on the sep pressure. Using a different bridge unit might still have the default sep pressure setting (you know, since the rollers are all part of the bridge unit) and still have jamming issues unless adjusted. Different paper stocks might need different settings for sep pressure. I've solved a few multi feed jam issues by reducing sep pressure a notch.
