3510i DP772 CQ issue

I have a 3510i with 206k on the machine and 980K on the scanner. I'm getting background when I scan a document to the desktop and when I make copies through the DF. I have cleaned the optics, slit glass and exp. glass. I also clean the lens array in the DP772. I'm still not having any success. The shading is set to default which is 0 in Service program 63. Any ideas will help. I'm sending a copy of copies, I hope they show my problem.

Have you checked the hinge assembly right and left?
