Check connectors on machine, look for a bent pin or wire pushed out of harness
I'm thinking that if you were to check the error log you would find C0630.
Turn off the power and re-seat the lower DP connector. You may find that the connector is damaged by leaving it connected during transport. Whenever I moved these machines I disconnected both DP connectors and taped them to the top of the machine.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Can you copy/scan 1-sided originals from the document processor?
yes one sided works fine.... but when I try 2 sided it displays cannot use this function.
Plain paper? I'm not familiar with this model but most copiers do not allow duplex scanning or printing if selected paper is too thick or too small.
Have this model option in service mode to check duplex clutch, motor, sensors ..?

Si vous utilisez une machine avec un code utilisateur, veuillez vérifier s'il n'y a aucune restriction dans votre zone d'accès.
