Greetings all, I have a device with intermittent jamming. I have replaced all rubber and cleaned registration rollers. When it occasionally jams, the jammed paper stops in the reg assembly.. the paper shows no tearing or leed edge deformation of any kind. It just stops. On the last call I ran over 500 cps with not a single jam. Yet this afternoon they called back...for the same jamming.... Ideas?

We have found some of this line with the feed head pressure spring missing. Kind of like it never got installed. The spring pressure is pretty specific. Using a different spring has caused feed issues as well.
