Adding company logo to 406ci

Trying to add a company logo to a 406ci (first time I did this). I have a flash drive with a PNG image logo. Insert the flash drive, turn the power on, enter maintenance item 224, press start, select Install and then the next screen is all greyed out. What step did I miss or is there something else I need to do?

Your logo must be named "opening_ext_image" & be 480 x 800 in size.
