The example you provided is not dark, it has a speckled background. I would start with running the laser cleaning in systems mode, dev cleaning, and a calibration cycle. If you still have the problem then you would need to look at the cleaning of the transfer belt. Is the transfer belt cleaning brush rotating normally, is the waste toner auger operating properly? The sample you provided is from March, is the unit still exhibiting the same problem?
