I have a customer that wants to have a password put on their machine so no one else can use it. Does anyone know if this can be done to this machine? Any help appreciated, thank you.

Yes this machine can do this. you need to go to the system menu by pressing the * button, and then go to management or user management (not sure what it was called on that machine. haven't seen one in ages). if you are prompted for a pincode, try 4500 (if i remember right), and this is where you would turn the feature on and register the code.

when you're done, be sure to press the close button and not the back button. pressing the back button discards your settings.
