    Cheaper Drum for CS-6030

Anyone know of somewhere that sells aftermarket drums for the CS-6030, or CP Drums, or anything that will cost less than the complete drum assembly from Copystar.

So far we have replaced 6 drums that were dammaged on the KM-6030 and even though the maintenance kits were not up to date we were able to get full credit under the 3 year 3.6mil warranty. Still would be interesting to find a cheaper alternative when we do have to replace one..

The problem is we are not a dealer. We are a 3rd party repair company so we can't warranty the stuff as far as I know.

Kyocera cost is $1004.00. This is only for the KM-6080/8030 and I'm sure for the CS also. 302FB93010 part number.

Well i think i can say that $2500 IS EXPENSIVE

I can only assume that when you buy the drum at $2500 you get p diddy in person to come and fit it for you

If it is Kyocera, and it is within warranty spec, then you can claim as a warranty as far as i know.

With Kyocera's new return system, I don't believe there is a way to return it for warranty without going through a dealer. As far as where to find them, I haven't seen any aftermarkets out there yet.
