KM 3035

Hi,
I am having an issue with a KM 3035, when I select the fax screen i have a message that says "Time for maitinance" this message only appears on the Fax screen, I have allready done the PM MK 706 Kit and cleared the counter in sim. 251. about the same time the message started i was having some jam issues out of tray 2, not sure if the two issues are related or not. But I cant find anything to tell me why the Fax screen has the Message.

I hate to sound like a tech rep but check firmware and check and rest counts in other sims I can't remember them but you can look aroud they should be drum count, pm count, drive time, dev drive time , fuser and i believe there is one to reset time for maintinance message as well.
