Have you already tried running a 1087 1087 sub code 163 if so then i sugest you replace the fuser if that dont help start testing your boards cause your having a fuser problem

Every time I have seen this problem, it has been associated with a power problem. If the customer had a power outage, u163 will reset the code. Check the voltage in the customer outlet . If it shows less than about 108V under load, the power is the problem. If none of this works and replacing the fuser doesn't work, it's probably the engine board.

-fuse in 'powerboard blown'. just trace cable from fuser.
