i have a 8030 that the fuser is not being turned. i cannot get it to turn in sim mode either. i can turn the green handle on the front of the fuser and it turns for about a half a second or so and stops, i manually turn it again, and the process starts all over again.
i heard it grind once while working on it. so i'm not sure if i have a motor issue or a gear issue. i hate to order a motor and find out its a gear or vice versa or not order all the right gears.
has anyone had this issue before and have any thoughts on it?
thanks.
