In my experience Z folds are usally caused by a clutch overdriving. Most of the time it happens at the reg. rollers, but it is not the reg. clutch causing the problem, it is the pre reg clutch not stopping when it should. Usally replacing the pre reg. clutch solves the problem.

I've ordered 302FZ93281 the drive feed assembly because i think it's a clutch causing the problem. I'm hoping that by replacing the whole unit it will cure the fault, i'll find out during the week and will update.
