I was printing off a service manual and was trying to choose duplex. The screen to set up the print job said that duplexing was not available???
It is on the copier. I followed the instructions to set up duplex on the printer options but could not. No options were available. Any ideas???

try reloading print driver

Sometimes the duplex connector gets unplugged if the wires were not ran properly at set up.

Since Duplex is an option on this machine, you would have to go to the KX Driver settings, Device Settings and enable the Duplex option. Right click Printer, Properties, then Device Settings will be the last tab. Hopefully you're using the KX Driver.
