i need to find out how to get into service mode on mita model dc 1255.

I believe you turn off the power, then press and hold the "clear and 0 keys, and turn power back on while holding. Need to release within 5 seconds of turning power back on.
Thats relying on my memory though.

Better yet, you need to figure out how to get the customer a new machine.

MIket was close. Hold stop key and print key while powering up machine. With in 5 seconds release both keys and press stop key once. 01 to exit out or just turn off machine.
