Hi, Try the following steps to resolve the scan to smb error 2102.
1.From the MAC desktop find the utility menu.
2.click the terminal/telnet sub menu to get terminal window .
3.Type hostanme to find the MAC book name.
4.Type ping space and identified the hostname.
5.Now you have the ip address, just enter the ip addres in the command center instead of hostname.

The problem that I had was getting the correct mapping to the scan folder. It took me many many tries to find something that worked. Sorry I can't be more specific. I don't consider myself Mac competent. I'm still stumbling through with Macs.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
