TaskAlpha general question

has anyone else seeing the color quality, motor issues without anything being done to the machine prior to failures?

we have about 15 in the field and the only ones failing seem to be the one we have installed a mk and one we had to remove parts to get others up and running for equipment malfunction.

for those having the image issue, have you put a mk or new drum/dv units into it?

I have 25 of them out in the field with no problems so far, have you been installing the cassette heater plug and been keeping the firmware up to date? The Reason I ask this is there was supposed to have been some kind of a problem if the plug was not installed and sim 327 was not turned on to MODE 2.

we have about 30 machines in the field without any problems, just make sure your firmware is updated, and you should connect the jumper of the cassette during installtion. what type of problems are you facing?

Exclamation Installing MK kit

If you install MK- kit or change drum or develop units you hav to run all initial SIM modes to calibrate new units
