Kyocera ad-60 duplex

I have one in a Pointsource AI3010L that keeps jamming.I replaced the duplex clutch but didnt help. When running single sided it works perfect, but when running the duplex it gets to the rollers and just stops. It then gives a jam code 52, not really sure what that code is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the Switchable Output Feeder. Look for cracks in the plastic paper guides. Also, sometimes the paper switches will malfunction due to the heat from the fuser right below them. The best idea would be to swap out the whole unit if you can find one. I think the parts for that model machine might be unavailable from Kyocera at this point.
