km1820 1118mfp cf410 error

i have a cf410 error that keeps on coming back, from what i have read from the past threads, it seams like a main pwb error or a corrupt firmware. would a new firmware help? if so, can anyone kindly send me a copy of this firmware? there was an older thread thats almost similar to this but it wasnt an 1820. thanks in advance
