Cleaning yellow discolored copier exterior covers

Any ideas on what to use to clean yellow discolored copier exterior covers to restore like new? Is there a place that sells spray paint for the covers? This is a free service I want to offer to my customers. I want to save customers the expense of buying all new covers.

the plastic has actually changed color so there is no amount of cleaning that will change it back.

if it doesn't come off with simple green and a green scrubby, it isn't coming off.

Save them the expense of new covers by selling them a new copier.

Last resort Wipe with WHITE rag dampend with thinners. Lightly wipe. Spray with clear laquer if required.
