    Question Need help KM2035 with crease paper in the fuser area

    hello all tech,

    please help I have a crease paper though there was cause in the fuser section. already changed upper and lower roller picker finger .

    still the same come with the crease I assume that maybe in the temperature control by using U161 adjustment .

    anybody know as this problem could be solved by use U161 ?

    Did you replace for entire fuser assembly or just the claws (picker fingers)?

    I have only replace upper and pressure roller and 5 picker fingers.

    You might also want to take a look at the black plastic guide on the left door. It's the spring-loaded one with the white plastic idle pulleys. I've seen these get warped from the heat of the fuser and bow out. This causes the copies to either skew going into the fuser or just jam outright.

    ive seen 2 things cause wrinkles in paper on these. the first is the fuser unit (always looked like it was a press roller issue) the second is paper in the drawer crooked or off center.

    The problem is solved.there was a small bit of toner built up on the paper paht before the fuser area,paper with a small loop when hit the block.
