nothing is wrong with the copier...
nothing is wrong with the scanner...
nothing is wrong with the scanner file utility...
something is wrong with the mapped drive configuration...
consult Microsoft article on
mapped drive connection to network may be lost
in other words... the network administrator has to fix the problem... or pay you to fix it for a nice fee...
this is also why in general kyocera does not support mapped drives because they cannot guarantee that it will reliably work all the time...
