I installed a brand new kyocera Taskalfa 300ci 220V the destination setting U252 has been set to Europe so I can get A4 /A3 paper size because in our country we use those size paper althought we locate in the Caribbean. Our punch hole machine is the inch model so it has two-hole and three-hole punching. On my tough panel screen I see 2 and 4 punch while if I press 4 punch I got only three punch.
If I configured U234 punch setting to inch it will effect the A4 paper format?
if the problem is that the display show 2/4 holes instead of the correct and physically possible 2/3 (since you have a 3 hole punch unit), i'd guess there is some fw problem. wouldn't say it's a big one
