    Re: C2351 on TASKalfa

    Hello Blackcat,

    Today i had a similar issue with a C2351!
First i got a C7000. All DV's were full with toner.
After vacuuming toner out of the hopper i got a C7101.
    Anyway after few a reboots i got a C2351.

I changed de DV motor K with the CLN motor K next to it =no result!
Changed the CLN motor K with a new one= no result.
Changed DV K with a new one and Drum K = no result!
    Engine PWB = no result.

Finaly we changed the harness (DV/CLN ->YC16) and the main drive unit from another T/A400ci with the DV and CLN motors on it= Machine WORKED!
PS: We checked also the harness if it was pinched but it seems it to be ok.

I'm still doubting what the problem could be! The DV/ CLN K motor or the main drive unit??
Strange problem but anyway it is solved!

Honestly, after all that I have no idea what was causing what. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
