    C1950 error code on CS-3225

Have had this issue with this machine off and on for some time now... I read in a past posting to clean or replace transfer belt speed sensor, where might this be located? Is it part of the transfer belt unit or is it internal to the machine? please help!!!

C1950 is a transfer belt EEPROM error. Most often when you get any EEPROM error it's something fairly mundane, like the connector not completely made, or a broken wire at the connector. The way I would diagnose this one is to swap in a scrap transfer belt assembly to see if the code will clear. From there you can decide if you want to fix the original pigtail, or just leave in the scrap unit. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
