    c3200 error code

Recently I removed the first Scanner mirror of a customer's KM-2550 to solve the white lines on copies problem. When I replaced the cleaned Scanner mirror a C3200 error code keeps coming up every time I make a copy. I changed the home position sensor and the scanner lamp according to the manual, but the problem still exists. Any help will b appreciated.

Are you printing to this machine?
Are the image faults only coming from the reader?
Did you check internal prints from service mode.

My guess is that the mirror isn't installed correctly, maybe you switched the front and back?

Hi brancas; I don't know if you have sorted out your problem yet, but the mirrows must be put in upside down your row is giving off too much reflection,
    Good Luck

Seems like you have put in the mirror in a wrong position. Maybe upside down. Move it a bit and try again. It sometimes need some time to find the right position.
Often this call appears when mirrors are dirty.
    Hope I could help you!
