cf620 is a print card firmware error. The cause can be more difficult to determine.
1) There have been firmware levels that have produced CF620 codes. The latest firmware for the Falcon III is v 2.44
2) When printing duplex jams J00, and cf620 code. Change print emulation from PCL5e to PCL XL
3) When upgrading barcode font CF card v. 2.00.1A or 2.00.1B to 3.00.0B or 3.01.01B with IC Link utility, cf620 occurs. Use LPR Jar utility to upgrade CF card. IC Link utility does not work well with Wysecore based machines.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Hi Ya
We had a tech with this code on the same model. He told me it was caused by a shorted out N/W cable.
Something to look at.
Hope this helps
Madas
Thanks for the updates, the problem is related to the network. With the cable disconnected the printer works fine, replaced the cable and updated the firmware to latest level.
I did sim u24 as soon as I realised the machine worked ok with the network cable unplugged, but that didn't cure the fault. The fault was the cable
Thanks again for all your replies
