    KM6030 supplies

Is there a bulletin that lists the maintenance supplies, like the drum and developer?

I wish every manufacturer would follow Kyocera's lead on this and publish a tech bulletin 1 type of document for each model, it would be a huge time saver.

Is this availible somewhere online for non Kyocera dealers? We just took over maintenance of 13 Kyocera's at the local prison and I would love to have this information handy. We normally get the information from BLI but would like something that has part numbers for easy reference. Not sure which models we are taking over but will probably find out today.

Thank you for your help in this matter.

Each Release Bulletin is specific to a model/platform. It's not a general purpose reference.

I guess what I'm saying is, you have to know the model. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
