    kyocera-mita 4800w

Working on a km-4800 wide format. Came in on a e-0003 fuser code. Cleared and replaced thermistors on fusing unit. Working fine for 3 days and i am now getting a E-0004 error code Fuser low temp error. I can clear it and it will work but it eventually comes back. Any suggestions.

Have you checked that all the fans are clear of lint, and running, and pointing in the right direction? Some of the trickiest fuser problems came down to a fan pointed the wrong way, or a clogged filter. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Check to make sure the fuser roller hasn't deformed. I pulled one out that had turned into a slight rainbow shape. The bow shape would cause the thermistor to read incorrectly if the roller stopped with the bow away from the thermistor surface.
