TaskAlfa 420 and LDAP
Hi.
I'm trying to add to your address book contacts from ldap but nothing comes out.
By steps:
1. Go to Command Center
2. Advanced
3. LDAPLDAP: ON
LDAP Server Name: 192.168.0.1
LDAP Port Number:389
Search Timeout: 60
Login User Name: admin
Login Password: admin
Max Search Results: 255
Search Base: dc=company,dc=local
Ldap encryption: off
Submit.
On machine - SEND key, go to Address Book, chosse External Address Book and ... External Address book not avalible.
PS if i start KM LDAP converter it returns me all the records that are without problem.
Help me plz, what am I doing wrong?
Thank you.

Oh, thank you, but i am fix my problem
Login: cn=admin and it works ))
But! there was another problem. Kyocera sorts the list by name, but not by lastname! Even if the Command Centr to specify - "sort by lastname"
And how can we add to the usual address book - contacts from the files, for example .csv? and then adds an manually each - a very long time.
Thank you.

if you select an item in the external address book you will be able to save it to the usual address book.
if you have an old version of km netvieuwer 4.xxx you will be able to upload csv.
