OK, so we know for sure that the print job is requesting a font that your machine does not have. The next thing to do is to do a data capture of the document that caused this error. There are two ways to do this:

    1) You can use the Wisecore Data Capture Files on a CF card.
    2) You can do a Print-To-File. This is the easier choice. Just check the print-to-file option in the print properties and specify where you would like the .prn file stored.

Once you have the data capture you can open it with Textpad to identify the specific font that is troubling you.
You know, in most cases the specific font is not as important as the information being presented. Once you know what the font is, perhaps you can change that text to a font that you do have? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Oh, one other thought. There is a checkbox in the print driver giving the driver permission to search for non-standard fonts on the web. That little checkbox has solved this problem occasionally.
