Angry CS-300ci with DF-760(B) Finisher -- Output Tray Issue

I have a CS-300ci with Finisher DF-760(B), I can set up the Output tray for printing to come out on the main Finisher tray, Face up, but when I try to do that for the copy side, the choices are Greyed-Out and it wont let me change them, I am going there first thing in the morning and I'd like to know of anyone has had this issue, I believe the Firmware has been updated, but I am downloading it from KMA as we speak just in case, according to Kyocera Tech Support, I should be able to make the change. Any Ideas?

before anything else try this... update the firmware with the finisher attached... this way both the finisher and the copier are on the same page... then see what happens...

Are you sure that is a valid combination of features? The pages would end up in the reverse order, unless the entire job was scanned to memory, then printed from the back page to the front.

I just don't want you to spend a lot of time trying to get something to work that can't. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Sorry, The Finisher is a DF-780(B), I downloaded and installed the latest and greatest firmware, that, in the notes, said it changed the settings in copying to Finisher tray, Face Up, heck, even though the print settings are set to go to the Finisher tray, Face up (even if I change them, it wont let me change the copy side settings), the prints come out face down, but some of the reports in SIM 000 come out face up (and some face down)...... It's a Catholic school and the lady that heads that department thinks is possessed LOL... anyways, it still does the same. .... HUMM as far as I can think of...... even Kyocera Tech support told me that I should have been able to do it............ Any thoughts??

I don't think the DF-760(B) is compatable with the 300ci series. If I'm not mistaken, you need a DF-760.

All that (B) means is black cover. Otherwise it's the same. But I believe it should be DF-780(B)

The DF-760(B) and the DF-780(B) are both compatible with the Saturn series of machines. =^..^=
