    KM 2550 Background with specks.

Cleaned the drum W/ dispersant, alcohol, water and windshield fluid.
Seems like charge is causing it, but I am not ruling out DV bias or cleaning blade.
There was an earlier post that someone had the tech pub.
Any one have that pub or an idea?

    Thanks.

If it's been arcing from the primary charge, that drum is toast. There's an off-chance that the primary charge unit may solve your problem. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I don't have the tech publication, If you have the name or the number of it, I can get it for you. I DO have the Parts & Service manual. Email me if you want it.

Cleaned drum with dispersant (wow, had some).
Increased DV bias by 5 and now good copies.
    Thanks for the input.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

What type of "dispersant" did you use?
