Fs-c5025n dirty prints

We have a FS-C5025N in the workshop because of blue blotches being printed on the right and left hand side of the document. I cleaned all drum units transfer belt cleaning unit,print heads main charges,reassembled machine,still happening. I switched the cyan with the yellow drum unit and changed the cyan developing unit,still happening.Waiting for a cleaning unit from another machine to see if that is the cause.(when I removed the cyan developer unit there is excessive cyan toner on the edges of the transfer belt)
