    taskalfa 620-820 feed rollers

anybody having problems with these feed rollers causing flat spots.

Ive had 3 m/cs all relativley low volume giving intermitent or constant jamming from flat spots on the rollers. I cant believe that these are isolated problems with these rollers as i never really had problems with the old 6030/8030 rollers except fair wear and tear at 200-300k +

Only had the issue once and this was due to a tech incorrectly fitting the bearings..

Have you tried changing the torque limiter? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

We had this issue constantly with the 6030 and now we have it with the 62 and 82 machines. We just warranty the feed and sep tyres, replace them replace the feed mylars, clean out the reg section and paper deck/feed section, another thing I do is do move the tension spring up a notch, to increase tension on the sep roller. This normally does for about 100k, seems the more these machines are used the less they jam.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.
