Type in 10871087 on the keypad, this takes you into service mode, then you can scroll thru the maintenance items
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.

I think a bigger question should have been, are you a service tech? Any reason you want to enter service mode? I noticed alot of people viewing this thread but no responses so I think we all got the same impression. I understand your position based off your previous posts but service mode is not something that should be accesable to everyone.

This Parts & Service manual can now be purchased for $11.77 and downloaded immediately after payment from The Internet's largest collection of manuals

Agreed. You'll get better responses if you give use your credentials. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I service these and the 80ppm version. Sorry if I seem a bit jaded lately but you'll have to be more specific if I'm going to help you. And as of not too long ago, if I post questions to be answered when trying to pin point a problem and they don't get answered, then I'm not going to help. Just a little sick of ppl rambling about their problem but avoiding the questions I've put for troubleshooting purposes.

    1. First, are you a real technician or just end user. If end user, call your repairman, Christmas is coming soon and he/she may have kids or they may need a contribution to their college fund...we don't get paid very much, even though we make the world go round.

    2. If you're a technician, then you need to be screened. Explain in a brief sentence or two the general gist of photocopy process from start to finish.

    Good luck.
