I've had a couple customers tell me that, but as long as they continue to run, I don't care what they look like. They sure don't show the color-toner-fingerprints like the VoyagerE series. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I don't know, they look pretty cool to me. I've definitely seen worse...
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

Some of the ways Kyocera does stuff is backwards as far as operation. But with the 3 year warranty total warranty & the life cycles of the supplies, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
    Hope that helps !

Is the three year warranty on everything? Odd, but I believe NEC only does 90 days but some of their stuff is Kyocera. Hmm...

I think they look cool. The only thing that sort of bugs me is it looks like the doc feeder is not on right and might fall off being cocked to the side.

Your on crack, put the 500ci or 520i next to a KM-6330 or a KM-5230 and you will realize just how much crack you were on when you made that comment.

All kidding aside, the new stuff looks fine. some of the upgraded models like the 620i ain't the prettiest but the newer machines look great. if you want to talk about ugly then we can talk about the cheap plastic looking crap that Sharp has been selling lately.

Yes they are 3 years which includes EVERYHTING (feed tires etc.) but regular maint. kits. But that's only on the TASKalfa line.
    Hope that helps !
